My name is Farzana, and I hold a Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. For the past year, I’ve been working as an Early Childhood Educator, bringing creativity, energy, and passion to my role.
I believe every child is unique, with their own strengths, interests, and abilities. I strive to nurture these qualities through play-based learning, creating an environment where children can explore, imagine, and express themselves freely.
Building a warm, caring, and trusting atmosphere is central to my approach. I’m passionate about supporting each child to reach their full potential — like a butterfly, ready to take flight in their own special way.
Hi, my name is Michelle! I’m a mother of four with over a decade of volunteering in the education and childcare industry. I hold an honours degree in Economics and I’m currently training to get my Certificate III in Early Childcare.
I am strong believer that every child is a blessing and a gift to the world, and it is an honour and a privilege to be given the opportunity to take part in their development. I believe in the importance of nurturing and developing each child’s unique gifts and abilities through play-based activities.
I value the importance of music, singing and the joy of reading and writing, and hope to foster this within each child.
I look forward to knowing you and your family and be part of Little Foundations family.
My name is Suganya Antonito, and I am a passionate early childhood educator with a deep love for nurturing and guiding young children during their most important years of growth.
I am a proud mother of five, and I’ve always had a love for music and dance, which I enjoy sharing with the children in my care. I completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Education in 2013 and began my career by opening my own family day care, where I provided care and learning opportunities for four wonderful children.
Later, I expanded my experience by working in an early learning centre, where I continue to support children’s learning and development in a warm, engaging, and respectful environment. I also serve in the children’s ministry at my church, which further reflects my dedication to supporting children in all aspects of life.
I believe that early childhood is the foundation of a child’s life, as outlined in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). As educators, we play a vital role in helping children build confidence, resilience, and a love of learning from a young age.
Every child is unique, special, and full of potential. I value each child individually and believe, as the Bible says, that every child is “fearfully and wonderfully made” by God. My goal is to understand each child’s strengths and support them in areas of need, creating a learning environment where every child can thrive.
I am proud to be part of shaping the next generation and honoured to walk alongside children and families on their early learning journey.
